Once when I was 12 years old, I was given a record player for Christmas.
My Father found some old records in my Aunt's attic which he gave to me, and one recording was a song by Frankie Laine titled, "Rose, Rose I Love You".
Since Rose is my Mother's name, my Father played that song over and over for weeks. Whenever my Mother was angry with him, he would sing that song to her.

Encouraged and intrigued by a friend's positive experience with a reading, I contacted James while traveling to Florida for a work conference in the spring of 2003. Prior to my reading, my expectations for success were perhaps an acknowledgement of names of loved ones, and a desire to confirm whether a particular loved one who passed over was OK. What unexpectedly unfolded during the reading was a deeper therapeutic conversation about my life and obstacles that are in the way to realizing my full potential.

I came to know Dr.Keehner 20 years ago in the DC area as a result of his work in the fields of Chemical Dependency and Psychotherapy and I developed a great respect for him as a professional and as a man of integrity.
Since I've moved to Florida I've had the pleasure of coming to know him even better as a result of his spiritual work with the Center for Energetic Development. I have participated in a workshop that he facilitated on individual spiritual development and have twice engaged him as a medium to contact my spirit guides and help focus me on my personal spiritual path.

I had a reading with James Keehner last summer. I had come to him in hopes of making contact with my deceased son, though I was prepared for a let down, for two mediums in the past had been totally unable to make connection with him.
James had no prior knowledge of me at all or of my expectations. As he quietly and calmly shared with me the symbols and feelings he was receiving , it was undeniable that the contact had been made. The sessions that I have had with Dr. Keehner have been fascinating, comforting, thought-provoking, and uplifting.

Recently my young niece was brutally murdered in Nashville, TN. When my father died several years ago I met with a medium and found great solace in what he said, and my sister-in-law who was is great distress remembered this. On the day of my niece's memorial service she asked me to introduce her to someone who might help her in the same way. I put her in touch with Dr. Keehner and that evening he spoke with her on the telephone for about an hour and a half. She said that this session gave her more comfort than she could begin to tell me. Dr. Keehner made contact with her daughter who gave details that he could have never known, including names, places, and details that occured during her daughter's life and her memorial service. The man who murdered her, and then comitted suicide, also came through identifying himself by name and physical description, and then asking for forgiveness. My sister-in-law was astounded and more at peace than I would have ever expected.
My family and I have had the opportunity to listen to the taped session and it has also helped to mitigate our grief. It was a highly emotional experience, but one I would not trade. We are all grateful to Dr. Keehner for helping us through a horribly sad time.
