Meditation is the art of coming again to your original Self - learning to listen to what which was given to you from the very beginning. It is a decision to start living again from your inner truth. It brings you to the innate peace with which you were born, and which can greatly enhance your wellbeing. How do you come back to your truth when we all have become so conditioned by our parents, society, education, and work? These conditionings, left unchecked, can create anxiety and even disease. When the mind is unable to rest, the body, psyche, and spirit all suffer. Yet finding your truth and peace through meditation need not be a long journey. Meditation has been sought and practiced for ages, because it leads to the joy of being alive. Being alive is joyful because YOU ARE. Right now you are not. The world is, the other is, the job is, the children are, the disease is. But where are you? You are within. Taste this inner presence once, even just a glimpse, and you will understand what health is, what life is. You can come to experience yourself as eternal awareness, inexhaustible and alive. There are ancient techniques to bring your awareness to the inexhaustible source. Have you ever sat and really pondered what is happening?
